By agreeing to the terms of conditions you are agreeing that we are not liable to any kind of disputes or problems.

We request you to carefully read the terms of conditions before selling, renting or purchasing a product. These terms of conditions are always succeptible to changes.

a. Any kind of product which comes under clothes, shoes, watches, electronics, accessories are not available for renting.

b. StopBuy is just a medium and is not in favour for any kind of brands, companies etc,. We are not under the sponsorship of any brands hence we don't favour or criticize any of them.

c. Any kind of product which comes under clothes and shoes must not be older than 6months.

d. Products under watches must belong to the guarentee period while selling or renting.

e. StopBuy is no way related to the people who are selling or renting. Thereby any fraudulent/ malpractice can be reported through our mail stopbuy@gmail.com. Any kind of fraudulent act once reported, necessary action would be taken upon.

f. Any kind of payment done in StopBuy is only through Netbanking/ OnlineBanking( NEFT, RTGS, IMPS). StopBuy doesn't support cash on delivery or any other payment methods. Any kind of payment for the products in Stopbuy will only be done via this website. We strictly don't support or encourage payment via any other source.

g. All the personal information shared with StopBuy will be discrete as a matter of privacy. StopBuy will not share any personal information apart from linking with the person who wants to sell/ rent via Whatsapp.

h. Any product which doesn't oblige the StopBuy's terms of condition will be instantly removed.
